About me: I was born in Thailand and spent my early life living on a farm, helping to grow and cook our own produce. I developed my passion for cooking after spending many years helping my Mother and Grandmother cook for the family and the village, in which I grew up. I have followed my passion for cooking for over 35 years completing many courses in Thailand as well as in England. Since moving to England 5 years ago, I have continued to pursue my love for cooking by opening the Thai Takeaway truck, using the most authentic ingredients to bring a taste of Thailand to you!
